Looks remarkably like some of my students. Makes me wonder who broke them (perhaps the way one breaks a horse), or whether they broke themselves. Anyway, nice piece...and I agree with Caroline, it looks like embroidery (which is very cool).
I'm interested in those designs on her arms - track marks, tattoos...? Her hair contains faces or she has hypnotized me. I think I know her...or she has hypnotized me again!
Is that the expression of being lost when you find out that the dinner bill is here and you're 'broke' ? This put a grin on my face, Anonymous! Her next move should be a mad dash for the exit...pronto! :-D
What do you think the designs might be Mysterious Poodle Circus? Maybe they are scars from being broken too many times. I think we all know her. Glad you find her hypnotising :)
Think you are right Kikazinha!
Probably is Steve! Glad you are smiling and thanks for the tip about what to do if broke and just eaten in a restaurant!! :)
This makes me feel a little self-conscious. Why is she staring at me like that? What have I done now. It's me that's broken isn't it. Stop staring at me. Ok I'm going now... Pretty damn cool. Me love it! love
What is she saying Draconas ... tell me ... shhhh };-}
You are right The Unknown! Tell US what you have done ... You love IT??? What about me? Love
Thanks Artisticdork! It is a combination of broken images from works with mediums oil painting, photography and drawing. Cut and spliced, it was then worked into in both Illustrator and Photoshop to produce a completely broken image:)
I do block printing Akshata, but this is not one of them. However I see like a printmaker which influences other work. This digital collage is combining different non digital artworks to make a new artwork in digital form - like explained in my last comment :)
Thank you Neelambari, her hair looks quite broken doesn't it!
that snarl on her face belies the turmoil behind her eyes... though i liked it before i knew how she was created, it has so much more depth now that i do know - sort of like your own "frankenstein's monster" (anonymous' monster?)...
What a great expression on her face...it looks like faces i see in the halls at my school every day...it's as if I could almost hear her say, " Oh-My-Gawd..." Wonderful textured effects.
She might be a religious fanatic Isay! The veil might be chain jewellery studded to her head!! Thank you for the advance birthday wishes - you are very sweet for remembering :) I will be making a not so sweet post (teehee).
Hheheeee - thanks Virginiajoe :)
Are you trying to flatter me ShaManiak - hehe? Yes, we have seen faces like this before and she is wearing a top with what could be a male dancer’s physic :)
You are right kg - very sad and broken. Hhehahaha thanks for naming Anonymous's Monster!!
Thank you Carla! I'm glad they don't spit the same expression here - or "Duh" and "Well Yah" like Mick suggested! They say "Whatever" here :)
I think she is both disgusted and terrified RSC! Thanks for your compliment :)
Ooohhhh I LOVE Sid Vicious and Siouxie Sioux! But this isn't me ... and she could be a refugee from Club Hellfire if that existed in real life which I am sure it does! Thanks Detlef };-}
Thank you for all your positive comments on the 31st LDahl, Cecilia, Toni Kelly, Mustashrik, Holly, Catnapping, Liz, Sultry Painter Woman, Rubio2d and Queen Tut!!!!!!!!!!
Hehehe, I love the description “Awesome mouth with those dirty lips” Rubio2d! Hhheeeee – she was YOU Liz!! Tangled webs we weave LDahl };-} Finally, thank you for birthday wishes Sultry Painter Woman :)

Nice take! Reminds me of my daughter! She has had her problems!
oohh.. what a broken blank stare! wonder what caught her attention... hmm..
great lines and texture btw 8)
LOL at the curled lip too. "Like, Duh!" or, perhaps, "Well, Yuh!"
That glance says everything. Finf it very effective and make me wonder how our minds work...
Perfect! I love the sneer. Looks like it's a guy with a six-pack wearing make-up rather than a girl, though.
I like the way this looks as though its been embroidered - lots of broken threads...
Nice expressive work!
Thanks Joe, hope your daughter is fixed now :)
You tell me Atomicvelvetsigh ... what IS she looking at? :)
Well Duh! LOL Mick :)
Agree Paula, it makes me wonder about the workings of the brain also!
A really skinny guy with tough guy torso and girly features Andrea :)
Thanks Caroline, she has been decorated with needlework - which needs mending :)
Thanks Alina Chau!
BRAINS! EAT BRAINS! (For a vaipid, pale bimbo, she sure has built abs!)
Looks remarkably like some of my students. Makes me wonder who broke them (perhaps the way one breaks a horse), or whether they broke themselves. Anyway, nice piece...and I agree with Caroline, it looks like embroidery (which is very cool).
Awesome technique, and the picture also looks very suitable for halloween...
All zombie girls work out their abs Tony!! Watch out, your brain looks extra juicy ...
Thanks Rick, society broke her but she will work out how to put herself together again. Go embroidery! :)
Thanks Karolina - Halloween week this week };-}
I'm interested in those designs on her arms - track marks, tattoos...? Her hair contains faces or she has hypnotized me. I think I know her...or she has hypnotized me again!

wowww... Her face seems so realistic. :) Amazing figure...
that snarl on her face belies the turmoil behind her eyes... though i liked it before i knew how she was created, it has so much more depth now that i do know - sort of like your own "frankenstein's monster" (anonymous' monster?)...

LOL ¡Menuda cara! no sé si algo le dá asco o está aterrada pero es tremenda!
Very interesting...a refugee from life's version of Club Hellfire.....that sneer is very Sid Vicious or better stil Siouxie Sioux.
Detlef

Her face and arms, everything togethers says "broken"...and "come on, try to fix me if you dare!" Terrific job!
I think she is both disgusted and terrified RSC! Thanks for your compliment :)

Hhheee thanks ECM ... I dare you to fix a pencil!
Innocence broken, but not spirit! It is impossible not to think about your works...tangled webs:)
wauu!!!, good, dangerouus and surprisigly strange?, i like it.
Another great piece of art. The expression says it all.
wow! powerful imagery and expression...;)
Wow! What an expression. She reminds me of a few girls I went to art school with. Well done.
She looks fed up, to me. Reminds me of my daughter during her teen years.
aaaaargh.
That's Hilarious! I think I might have known her at some point!

She might be broken, but boy she looks tough. (Oh, and Happy birthday!)

Happy Belated Birthday!! :D Hope u had a good one and didn't get anything broken *hahaha*
Great illo!! :D
She looks unpleasant! Extremely unpleasant. Heheh. And her eyes....
Something broken about this one. Heheh.
Hhahahaaaa NO Hartini! Thanks for your thoughts ... I think .... :)
She is indeed broken Chuang Shyue Chou! Best you keep away, don't want anything unpleasant happening! Hhehehee
hi, thanx for visiting my blog again...about your illo,I really applaude your mastery...hair look great to me...seaweeds
I like the look of the woman.
Real nice feel.
Everytime I come to your blog you have nice work. Keep it up.
Thank you Aynaku! You see all things as part of the ocean :)
You have made me blush Pusha V :)
Tony, I don't think it's brains he's after. The expression has a touch of the Syd Barretts. This is really diverting and plain scary - yikes!
Very moody colors and lines used in this illustartion.
Definitely something or some relationship has been broken to cause her so stressful and lost.
It's OK Ian T. ... SHE will repair unlike the scary life of artist Syd. This artist was around for Pink Floyd days :)
Did you know he saw each musical note as a colour and shape, then painted a canvas ... I can do that too :)
You are right Chan Wah, thank you for your comment :)
bella..
I love her facial expression, with the curled lip! *G*
Powerfull image, kinda freaks me out alil, hehe
Thank you Odilia Liuzzi!
Hhhheeee, thanks Aravis!
Don't be freaked Clip - actually be freaked mwhahaha!
brilliant!
I like the broken lips... Open to intrepretation... Broken the silence?
Haunting is the first thing I thouggt of--very dramatic.
Thank you Miss Sam Duffy - I think.
Please interpret away Viva! The image is what you want it to be; good interpretation :)
Oh yes Kelly - LOVE flaunting ... oh Haunting! Just as dramatic :)
Thanks for the comment :). I love the textures you've drawn out. An eerie and jarring take on the theme.
I think it's very goth and those lips, really good.
Tis the week of Halloween Skim-milk, Mwahahaa };-}
Surprised no one else used the term Goth in their comments Janey - I agree very Goth!
Very cool work, great expression and lines.
Very 'last week of October' Mary Stebbins Taitt
